The question is not whether computers and artificial intelligence will be involved in court decisions. They are already involved in the process today, making it easier for many lawyers not only in justice. The question is how to set up an imaginary Rubicon for the range of use and influence of algorithms and future artificial intelligence in the justice. Which principles can be broken and which not?
